Kristina Carden is an active chairperson of an inclusion and equity group with a focus on creating an inclusive workplace where culture and practices support the recruitment, retention and advancement of women at Intuitive. Carden is currently responsible for leading and launching the organization’s digital portfolio to include full implementation of digital technologies and products. She is highly focused on delighting customers through a best-in-class integration experience, works in high collaboration with the entire commercial organization and corporate digital teams and leads a team of integration and implementation experts in the digital space.
