Mary-Ellen Pichè is a healthcare executive, consultant and senior fellow at University at Albany, State University of New York’s Rockefeller College. She partners with healthcare and nonprofit organizations to provide strategic planning, organizational assessment and development; leadership development and coaching; patient safety, quality, accreditation support and experience improvement and high-reliability practices. In her role as an ACHE faculty associate, she delivers seminars focused on patient experience and staff, physician and patient engagement. She is also the co-author of The Patient’s Primary Care Experience: A Roadmap to Powerful Partnerships.

Previously, Pichè was a consultant with Planetree Inc. in Derby, Connecticut and CEO of the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, New York.
