However, as the role has evolved and scope of responsibilities have expanded, there are leadership qualities that are a necessary companion to technical expertise to truly be proficient as an IP with today’s healthcare demands. In this presentation, we will discuss why leadership development is essential to successful IP practice and focusing on these skills can create a path to executive leadership.
