Tactics & Strategies for Mastering Revenue Cycle Management
The Revenue Cycle may feel like gravity to many of us in healthcare; we experience its effect daily while taking it for granted and not really understanding how it works.
At the same time, the key to unlocking improved financial, quality and engagement outcomes is ensuring that team members, front line managers, executives and board members have an understanding of how the Revenue Cycle works.
