This seminar is designed for healthcare leaders and executives navigating organizational changes, whether related to people, processes or culture. Faculty will provide a comprehensive overview of change management in healthcare, starting with foundational concepts and the challenges leaders face, progressing through stakeholder engagement, fostering alignment and introducing practical tools and processes to support transformation. Participants will also develop communication skills critical for conveying the need for change and learn how to synthesize key concepts into actionable plans for their own leadership practice.
