In an era where social isolation and loneliness are growing concerns, particularly in evolving work environments, building a strong community has never been more crucial. This interactive session addresses the vital need for intentional relationship-building in both professional and personal spheres. Using the metaphor of creating a bouquet, participants will learn how to cultivate a diverse network of connections that enrich their careers and lives. From finding hydrangeas (close friends) to air plants (low-maintenance connections), and avoiding Venus flytraps (toxic relationships), this session provides practical strategies for developing meaningful connections in various contexts.
