Hospitals today face mounting challenges including financial pressures, workforce shortages and rising patient demands. While many systems rely on rigid structures, success increasingly requires an entrepreneurial mindset that values agility, creativity and problem-solving across every level of the organization.
In this session, the CEO of Core Clinical Partners will share how their leadership team applied entrepreneurial principles to drive success in emergency and hospital medicine programs across diverse hospital settings.
