Team Coaching

Develop a strong bond with your team, celebrating individual strengths and effectively working toward collective success.

Whether you’re leading a service line, managing a department, or are part of an executive team, this 6-month coaching journey will help you build a foundation of clarity, transparency and trust among team members and develop the high-level skills to deliver on shared goals.

Objectives

During this engagement, your team will work with an HLI-certified coach to enhance team effectiveness by cultivating:

  • Clarity: Develop clear roles, goals and a shared vision for collective success.
  • Trust: Build psychological safety and vulnerability-based trust.
  • Communication: Foster open, honest and productive dialogue.
  • Commitment: Align around key priorities and shared team norms.
  • Accountability: Hold each other accountable for results and follow-through.

Your coach will guide and support your team in developing relational and operational competences to work through current challenges and achieve transformational growth for your organization.

Coaching Format

During this 6-month format, your team will have one or two scheduled calls per month with an HLI-certified coach. Together, you’ll identify individual roles and align around shared priorities in a five-phase process.

1. Relationship Building

You and your team will establish rapport with your coach and assess your coaching readiness. Together, you’ll create a relationship contract and develop a coaching plan for the partnership.

2. Assessments

Your group will take a team assessment to expand self-awareness and identify strengths and growth areas. Your coach will also interview key stakeholders. Together, you’ll discuss the results and findings and identify desired outcomes.

3. Goal Setting

You and your coach will establish team goals that address desired outcomes and define specific objectives to meet these goals. You’ll also identify team norms.

4. Accountability

As you work through these objectives, your coach will check in regularly to discuss progress and accountability and offer support and guidance. He or she will ensure that your team creates an environment of lasting trust.

5. Transformation

Together with your coach, your team will reflect on the engagement and identify areas for continued growth. Your coach will also touch base with your direct manager on progress and key insights.

Throughout the virtual engagement, you’ll use an online platform that supports communication and collaboration and provides direct access to assessments and other resources.

Coaches

During our multi-step intake process, we’ll identify the needs and desired outcomes of your team and pair you with an HLI-certified coach who best aligns with your organizational setting. Your coach will touch base regularly to ensure he or she is effectively addressing your specific objectives.
