This strategic, executive-level coaching solution helps you navigate the complexities of your role, work through immediate challenges, and map a personalized plan for continued success. Over a 6- or 12-month period, a certified coach will guide you as you explore your strengths and growth areas and gain the skills to become a more authentic and effective leader, driving change in your organization.

Support growth at the personal, team and organizational level through focused coaching designed to strengthen leadership performance and achieve measurable results.

Coaching Format

In this 6- or 12-month engagement, you’ll have twice-per-month scheduled calls with an HLI credentialed coach, as well as on-demand calls if needed. Through a five-phase process, you’ll work together to identify your current leadership style and develop a clear plan for growth that aligns with your desired objectives:

1. Relationship Building

You and your coach will establish rapport and assess your coaching readiness. Together, you’ll create a relationship contract and develop a coaching plan for the partnership.

2. Assessments

To build self-awareness, you’ll take a 360° comprehensive leadership assessment and other assessments, if needed. Your coach will interview six to 10 key stakeholders to learn more about your current leadership style. After discussing the results and highlighting strengths and growth areas, you’ll identify development areas to prioritize during the engagement.

3. Goal Setting

You and your coach will then create a Leadership Development Plan with clearly defined objectives and completion targets. You’ll also develop a Personal Strategy Map that outlines your vision across all life facets. Together, you’ll ensure your objectives align with personal, clinical and/or organizational initiatives.

4. Accountability

As you work through your plan, your coach will check in regularly to assess progress and provide review and feedback. You’ll solve problems as needed and reaffirm that you’re aligned with your defined values and objectives.

5. Transformation

You and your coach will reflect on the engagement and define opportunities for additional growth. You’ll receive a personalized summary report that outlines your progress and identifies resources and paths for continued development

Throughout the virtual engagement, you’ll use an online platform that supports communication and collaboration with your coach and provides access to assessments and other resources.
